Time-based filters into mod browser.

TL;DR

Allow filtering mods based with time-based criteria.

What?

When sorting by downloads, allow us to use filters like "Within last 24 hours", "Within last 7 days", "Within 30 days" etc. If current "trending" sorting overlaps, remove it.

Why?

This is incredibly useful filter for games that have large amount of modded content because it allows you to bias towards newer and older things. Currently it seems you can either pick trending or downloads, but nothing in between, which might make you miss out on relatively popular mods that aren't competing with mods like Alien Biomes, Jetpack, Informatron etc, but also do not appear in the "trending list" anymore. The last item on third page, "Honk", was the first item in the list that I wasn't aware of before. Hence, I pretty much stopped using it.

I think a lot of people here have used Steam workshop and have used this feature a lot there. Well, if not, at least I have and it has been incredibly useful.
