[2.0.21] Selected quality ignored for tooltip shown when hovering over item in "set ghost cursor"

Observed behavior: When setting the ghost cursor, hovering over an item shows a tooltip with some of the item's stats. When selecting a quality other than "Normal", the shown stats still show the values for the "Normal" quality.
Expected behavior: The stats in the tooltip should match the quality selected.

The attached recording shows this happening for an accumulator. For example, the energy capacity is always 5.0 MJ, even though it should increase with higher quality.

Thanks for the report however I don't believe we will be changing this. It also works this way in the quickbar and other filter like GUIs.
