[2.0.19] Vulcanus briefing never appears in Tips and Tricks menu

I'm using the current experimental on Steam, 2.0.19

1. What did you do?
I researched the Vulcanus technology, traveled there on a space platform, dropped to the planet, harvested Tungsten & Calcite, built a Foundry and then a Big Mining Drill, and eventually some Tungsten Plates.

2. What happened?
At no point did the "Vulcanus Briefing" entry unlock / appear in the Tip and Tricks menu like it did for the other planets I visited (Gleba & Fulgora). No other potential Vulcanus-related entries have appeared either (I'm not sure whether any exist or not).

3. What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected that at some point during the above series of events the Vulcanus Briefing entry would unlock / appear.

4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
At least for my current save file, this seems to keep happening each time I reload a save before landing on Vulcanus, or reload a save even before researching Vulcanus and then arrive all over again.

Attached are save files (with mods disabled) from just before completing the research to unlock Vulcanus and just before landing on Vulcanus, which at least for me keep repeating this issue when I reload them.

Other users appear to be having a similar issue but for different planets here.

I am having this same problem with all 3 starter planets, including anything related to the space platform. Interestingly, I have an entry related to Aquilo even though I have not researched it, and it is under the Quality section.

Ah that's odd, I think I recall seeing other bug reports where people mention entries in Tips and Tricks showing up under Aquilo for some reason as well. I haven't reached/researched Aquilo yet, and so far don't have any entries for it in my Tips & Tricks.

Same here on Vulcanus (my 2nd planet) running 2.0.21 experimental. Did got my briefing for Fulgora (which was my 1st planet)

Yeah, never got anything on Aquilo. When do you get them? When you research the Auqilo tech? Or when you get there?
Because I did the research quite a while ago, that means many versions ago. But I only physically got there a few days ago, so .20 maybe?

Those are currently all I have, am I missing something else?

As an update, today when I loaded my game I now have the Vulcanus briefing in my Tips and Tricks menu, although oddly the Heating Mechanics entry has moved from the Gleba section (where it first appeared for me) to the Vulcanus section. I don't know where it is intended to appear, possibly the Aquilo section, although I don't have the Aquilo briefing unlocked and have not even started the Aquilo research yet.

This seems to be the result of a recent update (I suspect the 2.0.23 update) and not something that I've done in-game, as now when I load any of my previous saves on Vulcanus, including when I first landed there, they all have the Vulcanus briefing unlocked & the Heating Mechanics entry moved, while they never were before today.

Yup, they have fixed it, see viewtopic.php?p=646202#p646202

As for the heating tower thing, you should post a seperate bug report (make sure you test it on the latest experimental version, 2.0.23).

Heating towers should appear under the Aquillo Briefing, but when the parent tip isn't unlocked, the game displays it indented anyway (and so it looks like its under another tip).
I had this same problem with "Spoilables and research", but I've since manually modified my tips and tricks so I don't know if the problem still persists.
