[2.0.21 80595] Wrong red tiles in map view

Some tiles in gleba just get assigned to red, as if it was an enemy base or something of the sort.
But it is absolutely nothing.

I have 2 in my current gleba; it is not like a fluke that shows after some time or go aways after restart.

Why is it a bug?
Because 1, it is clearly not intended to be there.
2, it confuses the player on thinking there is an enemy there.

It is there since game launch on every version, until current
