[pard] [2.0.21] Achievement completion status not syncing across saves

In version 1.1, achievements remain marked as completed across all saves once unlocked, even if the conditions to complete them are later broken. This behavior persists unless the achievement is manually reset.

I unlocked the "Logistic Network Embargo" and "Rush to Space" achievements on two separate saves. However, the unlocked achievement from one save does not appear as completed when viewing from the other save.

Here are some screenshots and my achievement.dat file. I didn't provide my save file because i think the bug is not related to a particular save.

Some information might be helpful: I reseted my achievements after 2.0 release. I got logistic network embargo on save A before the requirements changed (launch a rocket -> research with a planetary science pack). I opened a new save B to finish the new logistic network embargo achievement. Both achievements are unlocked on Steam (73 / 88 unlocked). Both save files say 72 / 88 unlocked.

There are multiple Achievement errors.
There is an easy way out from my view.
Put a button into Settings->Other when out of a game (before launching a map). And under the button to Delete In-Game Achievements, put a button/option with "Auto-Sync Achievements with Steam/GOG on launch". Done. Fixed.
