Oddly, all my other requests work.
However, I have a request to bring 2k (also tried 4k) green circuit cards up to my platform, but it's just outright ignored. No rockets try to send it, it never gets fulfilled. Tungsten, carbide, ammo... everything else works, just not green cards!
I have half a dozen rocket silos (2 rockets each) ready to deliver, and 2 buffer chests filled with green cards, but nothing is ever sent; it's as if the request isn't recognized.
NOTE: on the very first platform trip, my problem was that my buffer-chest was in a tiny-sliver of not-covered by roboports. Easily corrected. When I thought maybe the bug was that the factory "remembered" (cached) the "no roboport" state of the chest, I placed a new chest and moved everything into it. Still no joy.
Here's a pic of my card request (notice how it's "greyed-out"):
And here's a pic showing that there are more-than-plenty to send but, again, it's just as if the request doesn't exist.
NOTE: I've deleted & re-added the request. Again, other requests all fulfill as expected. I don't know what's different about green cards. I'm a career developer, so I have some debugging skills, but know nothing about the innards of F:SA (save what I've read in FFFs).
If there's a workaround, I'd love to hear about it! Currently, I'm using a spare rocket to send them manually, but... gah!
Thanks!

D'oh! And I figured it out (of course, asking in public is the sure-fire way...
)
Thanks to a friend's hint), I looked at the UI and had an "import only from Nauvus" filter on. I didn't set that, I assume it's because I created the request while near Nauvus. Anyway, switching to Vulcanus fixed.
Leaving rather that deleting in case anyone else has a similar issue.

Re: [2.0.21] Circuit card (green) logistics broken on platform. [NOT A BUG]
Marked (in title) as NOT A BUG but, technically, I think it's a "discoverability" bug for those of us who don't read as much as maybe we should. (I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one
)

I don't think the default planet depends on where the platform is, but what you're importing (most things default to nauvis, but if its made with a plenet specific resource it will default to that planet)
