[2.0.13][Steam Deck] Cargo landing pad GUI cannot be dragged left or right

Hello, I play primarily on the Steam Deck and noticed that the cargo landing pad GUI cannot be dragged to the left or right.

Most GUIs allow for this and it is the main way I have had to interact with the logistics/circuit settings for items with large GUIs.

In this case I have to change the GUI scale in the settings to interact with the logistics tab.

Hello, thanks for the report

On PC I am able to drag the landing pad GUI no problem, and there isn't any special or different logic with that GUI compared to others,
Are you able to reproduce it in the latest version? Or have some tips to make it happen?

(The small screen problem is resolved with a different bug report)
