[2.0.21] "Auto request missing construction materials" requests zero items

What did you do?
Tick "Auto request missing construction materials" on the space platform hub logistics and started to build the base.

What happened?
Missing construction materials have been delivered.
But a fulfilled request was not disappearing after a hour, instead a request for 0 materials was kept, also after saving and restarting.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Obvious: the request should have been disappeared since it is fulfilled.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Used this feature the first time, happened until now only once.

I think this can cause space platforms to be stuck, see reports 122621 or 119181 about the effects of requesting zero items.

Meanwhile, I have two requests stuck - so it is not an "happened only once" event anymore

This always happens. It is clearly intentional.

Thanks for the report, this is not a bug. A planet can request items from space platforms which aren't requested by space platforms. Zero-sized construction requests block planet requests, so that the item is not immediately sent down. Such requests are cleared when your platform leaves the orbit.

This is a great feature I actually considered asking for!
Could you please document that somewhere?

Seconded that I would like to see this indicated somewhere in the gui. It makes perfect sense now that I know the logic behind it but was confused by this behavior at first and also thought it was a bug. Maybe an addition to the hover tooltip or item/itembox that indicated the '0' request is temporary
