Auto underground belts doesn't work with same belt color

I'm sure there's a lot of cases where you think "why belt is empty?" and find that one belt part without underground. Now i found the issue with that. When dragging same color belt over undergrounds, it can create whole different situation. It can remove that underground and can move other undergrounds.
