[2.0.21] Cannot Automate Rocket Fuel to Space

Hello all,
I have run into an issue that I hope is not just me being dumb.
I have created a logistics request for a space platform in orbit over Nauvis to send up materials for me to take to Vulcanus to supply the rockets on that planet. Everything works without issue and is automated, EXCEPT Rocket Fuel. If I request for example 400 rocket fuel be sent from Nauvis to the platform, Factorio tells me that the request is "Not enough to fill one rocket".

If I try to override and set a minimum payload the ONLY denomination that works is 20. Obviously not very efficient, since I can manually send 100 rocket fuel per rocket. I am very much hoping that I just missed something, but for the life of me I cannot find any reason why I shouldn't be able to automate sending 100 rocket fuel up to a space platform. Any thoughts?

You have to have the rocket content available in the logistics network in full or it won't begin loading the rocket. Remove or reduce the locked slots on your rocket fuel provider chest so that you can actually fit 100 rocket fuel in it.

If you only have "20" available rocket fuel on the planet, the silo will always say "not enough to fill a rocket", as it would require at least 100.

It look like you limited your planet to never have more than 20 rocket fuel on the logistic network and as such it's not working.

That would explain why "20" ( or less ) works as custom minimum payload
