[2.0.21] An error appears when viewing 'Orbital logistics' in Tips & Tricks

when viewing the Orbital logistics 'story' in the 'Tips and Tricks' view, the story breaks when on Volcanus the mouse hovers over the Cargo Landing pad, the interface opens for a brief second and the following error appears:

1. What did you do?
   
   1. I clicked on the new tip when it showed up and while viewing it, this error appeared,
   2. Next I tried selecting another tip, view it to the end (or until it cycles) and check that one again - but the error still appears,
   3. So, next I saved the game and reloaded it, then tried to repeat the previous steps (including changing to another tip and then back to this one) - no change,
   4. Lastly I closed the game altogether and tried the two first steps but it is the same so this leads me to believe the issue is not related to the state of the game at a given point in time,
   unfortunately, this is too far into the game to try and replicate in a new save so I didn't try that - but I'm sure you have some automation steps that you use and can reach the point where it shows in the tips and then can check to confirm if it happens or not,
2. What happened?
   
   • every time the same error cut the 'video' in the same spot,
3. What did you expect to happen instead?
   
   • I expected the 'video' to run to an end and either stop or cycle like with other 'videos'
4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
   
   • this is repeatable, as I explained in my steps

I searched for 'orbital logistics' but couldn't find it - maybe I mixed the letters and couldn't see (dyslexia...)
