Reoccuring small little freezed of 1sec
So I kind of constantly get little freezes, they take about 1 sec, maybe a little bit shorter, like 700ms or smth.

They happen infrequently, sometimes many minutes without these hickups, sometimes I get 5 in a row, where the game continues to run for half a second, hickup, half a second, hickup etc.


Now, I wouldn't wonder if I had some kinf of mega base spanning 10000 chunks.....

But I am just making about 16 science per minute, I have no "super cluster" of production buildings, and the biggest production I have is on Nauvis, which is 16 red-chips assembler.

Fulgora, Vulcanus and Gleba each have a normal size setup feeding into 2 science buildings on each planet.

I really wonder what causes this.

Running a 3700x CPU with a 3700Nvidia and 32GB RAM.
(I made a million pop city in citiy skylines with many mods, no problems and also made a megafactory in Satisfactory without problems).



Sometimes it gets better and I can play quite some time without this happening, then suddenly is happens many times in a row and more frequently.

I happened to make a savegame, where after load, that stuttering is happening exactly 3 times.
Just load the savegame and run around for a few seconds.

The F4 time debug info shows it is related to transport lines.

PS: No mods other than SA.

Do you have any very long belts with "read belt contents / hold (all belts)" setting? They're known to cause performance issues. But they should get better in the next patch, check out this topic: 122454

Yes, I have one long belt supplying ammo around the base with read belt contents hold all.
But the person in that topic deletes a segment of the belt, no?
I just play and have sutters come and go.

The update times from the screenshot show spikes in Render preparation, I do not know what could cause that, at least not with all the other values being fine.

Might that be because I just loaded the save game?


Edit:

Just loaded the savegame to test the belt theory.

When I load the save, I get 3 stutter in like 7 sec.
When I load the save, and immediatelly jump to Nauvis and remove the wire from the belt, I don't get the stutter after that.
So it seems LCStark had the right nose.
