[2.0.21] keyboard shortcut for "resume editing" in the map editor menu not working

1. What did you do?
   1. loaded any scenario for editing (even a new one),
   2. hit the "toggle menu" key (Default: 'Escape'),
   3. in the Map Editor menu tried to hit "confirm" key ((Default: 'E') - doesn't return to the editor
   4. pressing the menu option or the 'Escape' again works,
2. What happened?
   • the menu doesn't close and you don't return to the map editor if you try using the 'confirm' key,

3. What did you expect to happen instead?
   
   • I expected the menu to close and the game returning me to the map editor
4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
   
   • this always happens, it's a consistent behavior
