What did you do?
I am playing a save with Quality, Elevated Rails, and the Base Mod as the only active mods. Space Age is disabled in this playthrough.

What happened?
The technology named "Epic quality" doesn't have the technology "Production science pack" anywhere within its prerequisites tree despite the fact that the technology costs production science packs in order to research it.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Given that "Epic quality" requires production science packs but none of its prerequisites do, I expected that the "Production science pack" technology would be a direct prerequisite for the "Epic quality" technology, similarly to how the technology has "Utility science pack" as a direct prerequisite because the player needs utility science packs to research it.

Thanks for the report. That is indeed a missing prerequisite when playing base+quality and is now fixed for 2.0.22.

Given that i have my script which is guarding that "base" pack is not missing any of those technology dependencies, and is guarding "base + elevated_rails + quality + sa" is not missing any of those technology dependencies, i converted it slightly to run once on a "base + quality" set of mods and it identified exactly what you reported (epic-quality technology missing dependency on the production-science-packs) but it also identified 2 other missing dependencies (recycling missing a dependency on processing-unit and recycling missing a dependency on concrete, since both of those technologies provide a recipe to craft ingredient of the recycler), which are also fixed.
