Toolbar offset from center

If you're not going to center the toolbar, don't center it to the left not the right!

This seems like it's because you've got a screen with an unusual aspect ratio. (3456 by 2234 is 1.55ish) I think all the non-ultrawide are all a 1.777 ratio nowadays, although in the past there was a lot more 1.6 displays around. My Framework-16 laptop is exactly 1.5, although I play at 1920 by 1080 on an external monitor, which is also 1.7777.

The aspect ratio of my screen is (1728x1117): 1.547. But I don't see how that would affect the placement of the quickbar. Please let us not introduce a red herring.

What I'm complaining about is that when the minimap is displayed the quickbar overlaps the tooltips when the quickbar has been expanded to include all optional tools. When all optional tools are turned off the quickbar is centered on the screen. As you add tools to the quickbar they are added on the right side, so the right side moves to the right, but the left side of the quickbar does not change. If the minimap is turned on and the tooltips are displayed beneath it and you use a large UI scaling (250% in my case), the quickbar and tooltips overlap.

Note displaying the minimap with the tooltips beneath it and displaying all optional tools is the default. The only customization I've done is set the UI to 250%.

I like the minimap so will not be turning it off. I don't like the tooltips displayed at the mouse so will leave it under the minimap. Turning on and off tools just to read the tooltips is a pain in the butt.

So what can be done? Move the minimap to the left. Move the tooltips to the left. Move the optional tools to the left side of the quickbar. Recenter the quickbar as tools are added. Or a hundred other things, I'm not a UI designer.

I'm just asking for the two UI elements not overlap.
