REQUEST: Add "priority" setting from train stations to the Logistic Network Chests

I think it would be useful to add the priority functionality from the train stations to the Logistic Network Chests. Being able to ensure that more critical recipes are being supplied and having more precise control over where bots are storing resources would be greatly appreciated.
