Recycler "eats" requested modules

Recycler "eats" requested modules

If you make a blueprint or copy and paste a recycler that has a module in it, it will eat up the module instead of using it.

This does not seem to happen in 2.0.20. The recycler module slots are correctly filled with the requested modules.

I cannot reproduce this in latest experimental (2.0.21) so due to lack of version i am moving this to Pending.
