[2.0.19] Cut Paste Tool & Copy Paste Tool can be added as a Logistics Group Request

What did you do? - Tried to use CTRL+X & CTRL+C on a request from a logistic group.
What happened? - Created a logistic request for "Cut paste tool" and "Copy paste tool" respectively, which also deleted the request that previously occupied that slot.
What did you expect to happen instead? - I expected to have the request placed in the cursor (like when dragging within a single logistic group), which I could then paste using CTRL+V into other logistic groups.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes? - Always. As far as I can tell, the only thing that can be pasted (using CTRL+V) into a logistic group is a Blueprint (which also doesn't make any sense for a logistic request)
