Ghost for destroyed space platforms

I have a server with factorio that's running continuosly 24\7. Today I discovered that one of my platforms is missing. I have no clue why. I have 5 other ships with the same design managing to survive 650 flights.

I want somehow to be able to identify what caused this ship to fail and I don't want to save every change I make to design into blueprint in fear of losing it to asteroid crash
