The beacon description says it "transmits the effects of modules" with no qualifier on this statement, leading one to believe they support all modules. Nor do the modules themselves state their compatibility with beacons. It's not until a player has laid out their machines and beacons that they determine forensically what doesn't work.

I would recommend stating which modules it supports.
I would also add a clarifying statement that the efficiency module does not decrease the beacon's power usage, since this is a bit of a honey trap.

With the new module, it would be nice to make sure this description is accurate.

Thanks for the report however this is not a bug. Descriptions are plain text/flavor text. They do not spell out the full functionality of every machine.
