[2.0.20] Upgrade bulk inserter to stack inserter

Good Day,

I am seeing a issue where when you try to use the upgrade planner, you use to upgrade bulk inserter to stack inserter, but in 2.0.20 you can't do that. I am not sure if this is a new thing.

This was a deliberate change: 121011
You can still manually configure an upgrade planner to perform this upgrade if you want.
