What did I do?
I built a load of captive biter spawners and built rocket turrets with capture bots to recapture then when something inevitably goes wrong. Some of the spawners were within minimum range but I thought they would all be covered by some of the turrets.
What happened?
My supply of bioflux from gleba failed, so a load of my captive biter spawners reverted to biter spawners.
However, the turrets get stuck flipping between states 2 & 4 and never actually fire a rocket.
What would I expect to happen?
Well I was hoping that the turrets would recapture all the nests, but they got stuck. I realise the turrets have a minimum range but I thought they would shoot at the ones outside the minimum range.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
This has happened twice now, first time I recaptured them by hand. I also tried to recreate it in the editor with a smaller setup but the turrets behaved as expected, so it must be something specific to my setup.

I had the same issue a couple of times too, I think it's related to the "Protected from automating shooting" status on the spawners. This gets set when the spawner already was captured at some point.
Recapturing does work with spidertron capture bot rockets automatically though, so I reverted to use Spidertrons with Capture bot rockets instead of rocket turrets.

Its fixed for the next release
It is related to the spawner center position being inside the minimum range but the bounding box extending past the minimum range,
In the next release only the bounding box will be considered, so if any part of the spawner is touching the range it will be targetable.

Not sure if this is somehow related but these Turrets are not firing bot rockets and they are full on ammo on 2.0.23, game save attached

Were they in this state before updating? The turrets might need to be deconstructed and rebuilt (to clear their current target)
