[2.0.20]Space platform not prioritizing platform over buildings for auto-build requests

issue: After placing a large blueprint on the space platform, the platform will request the building materials over the space platform. This leads to all the storage getting used up and the platform items ending up placed on the ground near the hub. Included is the savefile with the issue encountered, the blueprint used, and the log file. (editor mode was used to speed up the logistics deliveries so I could provide a save with the issue.

Steps to reproduce: make a new platform and use super force build to place the blueprint. wait for deliveries and it will softlock itself, requiring the player to send items down so it can continue building.
