With the addition of quality having an effect on chest storage size since patch 2.0.18 the tips and tricks on quality is a little outdated in the exceptions it still list chest, together with pipe belt and rail. as this used to be the case.
But with patch 2.0.18 the chest now increases in size with quality so it should be removed from the exception list.
