[2.0.15] Sometimes can't place ghosts over entities marked for deconstruction

Unfortunately I don't know how to reproduce this at the moment, so I'll update this report if I can work out what's causing it..
What did you do?
Marked an entity for deconstruction.
Before any robots came to deconstruct it, I tried to place another ghost over it.
What happened?
It wouldn't let me place the ghost:

Not even super-force-build worked.
What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected it to let me place the ghost over the entity marked for deconstruction.
Moreover, I would expect it to simply cancel the deconstruction of the new ghost is the same as the old one.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It's been happening most of the time, but sometimes reloading my save fixes it.

Thanks for the report however i cannot reproduce any issues. On the provided screenshot the entity under the drill is not marked to be deconstructed.

There was an identical big mining drill underneath it that was marked for deconstruction.

However, as I can't reproduce this issue, you should probably just ignore this bug report.
