[2.0.19] Stuck after killing Demolisher over lava

If you Kill a Demolisher and then walk over its corpse, you can get stuck if it dies over lava with no option other than waiting for the no-fly effect to end. We should be able to at least get to land

Thanks for the report. You just wait as you said - until the no-fly effect ends.
