[2.0.15] slowdown with construction bots

What did you do?
I destructed my old base, employing 18,000 construction bots.

What happened?
UPS drop to 45 from well above 60; construction manager is 16ms, everything else 3ms.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I wasn't expecting it to be free or fast, but since I had 13ms headroom, I expected I could do the deconstruction without dipping below 60UPS.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Simply loading the attached save is sufficient.

I may have done something dumb or different without realising it, but I'm pretty sure I've done this a few times in 1.1 without notable performance issues, since I'm doing basically nothing of interest except the deconstruction. I'm careful to keep all the entities inside roboport range, as far as I know the degenerate cases in job scheduling should only occur for jobs outside bot range? It feels like it may be a performance regression.

My CPU is AMD 3950X, so on the older side but should still be respectable.
