[2.0.15] Steam erased the blueprint storage

Steam erased the blueprint storage(Steam cloud storage is disabled). I’m playing a non-Steam version, I decided to play multiplayer through Steam, went to the server and saved one of the blueprint to my storage, and noticed that all the old blueprints from version 1 were there.
I tried to make a backup and I found 4 files:
Steam\userdata\94588022\427520\remote\blueprint-storage-2.dat.zstd
%\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\blueprint-storage-2.dat
%\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\blueprint-storage-version-1.1-backup.dat
%\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\blueprint-storage.dat
and downloaded them one by one, and none of them are my new blueprint storage, 3 of them are old blueprints storge from version 1, and the 4th is old blueprints from version 1 + downloaded blueprint in multiplayer.
How do I get my new blueprint storage back?
