This old bug appears similar viewtopic.php?f=23&t=14081&p=94702. But this old bug is from 2015 and I thought it bug was fixed in 2.0. (with the fix discussed in a recent FFF)

In the attached blue-print string and image the turret surrounded by pipes never gets ammo. When a long handed inserter on a space platform grabs from a green belt underground it is unable to pickup sparse items from the far side of an underground exit. The inserter works again if the items on the far side of the belt are densely packed but still flowing freely. The inserter also works 50% of the time when this same setup is built on Navis. The inserter also works 50% if it's overlapped by another inserter facing up.
