Change text for Lab research speed, move later in tech tree

At the moment the Lab research speed technology is described in English as "Unlocks more efficient research practices". I suggest this be changed to a wording that does not imply efficiency gains, and that it be moved later in the tech tree.

At the risk of making two bad suggestions in one day, I'm pretty sure (from my own experience years ago, and from conversations with new players) that this wording is a fairly persistent newbie trap. The word "efficient" leads players to expect something like science packs being used more efficiently, where what they get is them running faster (and specifically this is not what the "efficiency module" does) - and at the stage in the game where the tech is unlocked, you would probably be better off just building some more labs if you wanted to do more research.
