Factoriopedia better control of prototype linkage

Can we please specifically define the entity an item should link to? Maybe even the recipe, but that I don't have a specific reason for.
Secondarily, can hidden_in_factoriopedia not be able to be linked to please!? It's really dumb that it does:

The factoriopedia alternative is a container entity that I *actually* want linked


I'd say it's not unusual to make an item place a dummy entity to steal a feature of placement from that entity. For example, rotating a non-rotatable entity or an unrestrained mining drill. So it's quite annoying that the place_result so strongly forces a linkage.
