[boskid][2.0.14] Train headlights sometimes on second locomotive

i dont know how to reproduce this as it is very random.

the headlights of the trains sometimes uses the 2nd loco instead of the front one, you can see in the screenshot attached, only train 2 is showing the headlights correctly

This truly disastrous issue is now fixed for 2.0.19 and is covered by a test to make sure it is never broken again unless someone does refactoring and removes my test.
