When I try to drag a belt over two (or more) underground belt entrances of the same colour then the belt goes underground (as is usual), but it doesn't resurface and instead just continues on with normal belts.
It only happens when the undergrounds are the same colour as the belts you try to place.
In the picture we placed 3 sets of two horizontal undergrounds and then dragged the vertical belts over them
