[2.0.17] Blueprint book small icon for shortcut has wrong foreground color

I was looking in the shortcut list for entirely different reasons, and noticed that the tiny icon for the Blueprint Book was a black instead of the white it normally is
Looking at the log to upload it made me realize I have a handful of duplicates mods that aren't for testing migrations

Thanks for the report. We changed shortcut icons in 2.0.18 and this issue seems to be fixed.
