Corrupted save file with large amounts of excess data

I ran some console commands to experiment with them on nauvis on my main world and it seems to have put my world in a corrupted state, here is the log of the console during this incident, additonally to note there is a pretty significant size difference between this save file and my last backup at 65 hrs. The behavior I have noticed as a result
-Alot of major audio is not working (cars/tanks are completely silent when I drive and when I enter/exit them, chopping trees makes no noise, pretty much all that works is the ambient noise
-the map is not updating at all regardless of whether I traverse there or not, unexplored chunks will be generated but will not be reflected on the map).
