[2.0.17] "Error loading mods" in vanilla Space Age because of a yellow rock

I start the game through the Windows start menu, it loads normallly, and I get this screen and cannot continue. It happens every time. I was on the stable version, switched to experimental in Steam, the same happens. I did not experience any previous issues.
