[2.0.15] Changing directions when upgrading/downgrading belts causes undergrounds to be placed.

When dragging a different belt type over an existing belt, but ONLY when using ghosts, an underground is placed when switching directions from forwards to backwards. This only occurs when going from forwards to backwards and not the other way. Placing belts by hand works as expected. The issue is annoying when upgrading older belts in your base and slipping up the cursor or missing a spot and needing to delete the undergrounds. I believe that the expected behaviour should be to simply upgrade the belts without placing undergrounds. The video below shows the issue. Log file attached.
