[2.0.15]`Ghostify` underwater part of ghost offshore pump

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

The ghost offshore pump has a 'living' part underwater.
Some would say Nauvis' waters can resurrect the dead, while some would say it's just a visual bug. :D

(BTW do check other planets as well as I don't have the expansion to confirm)

Thanks for the report.
Unfortunatelly, drawing entity sprites under water tiles is already quite complicated, they treated as tile sprites and appying entity shaders to them is more work than I think is worth to fix this issue.

(I did notice underwater part or 'living' offshore pump doesn't look like underwater, I need to look into that)
