Alternatives:
- Air pollution/electromagnetic pollution mechanic which disables robot paths, with ways to mitigate this limit, so you have to design aerial routes/ways to diminish said pollution, paying a price in factory real estate.
- Bigger limit on robots per Roboport (two slots?).
- Robots can only carry X items (a simpler alternative to weight allowance)
