1. What did I do?
There is one assembler in the factory which crafts Passive Provider Chests for logistics, which output to a Storage Chest. When fixing this area of the factory, I decided to use an upgrade planner to change this Storage Chest to a Passive Provider Chest. The chest I was upgrading however, was the only source of Passive Provider chests in logistics.
This save is being played on a dedicated server on 2.0.13 with clients on 2.0.13.
2. What happened?
The logistic network warns that it is missing entities for the upgrade and nothing is done by bots.
3. What was expected to happen?
The chest's contents should be considered to be used for this upgrade. A bot should take a chest out, then place it like any other upgrade planner action would do.
4. Does this always happen?
Yes, as long as you are trying to upgrade the tile with a chest which offers it's contents to logistics, and the only item(s) to upgrade it are in it.
Please see the attached screenshots.

- Items in logistics are not being considered for this upgrade, since it's coming from the same chest that the upgrade is requested for.
