[SA] Highlight possible seeding locations when holding a seed

Basically, a one-line suggestion.
What?
The crane highlights all possible seeding locations it can reach. It would be nice to have similar for highlighting possible (valid vacant / valid occupied / invalid) locations for the seeds.
Fulgora is the best planet. Vulcanus needs rework. Feel free to prove me wrong.
