Ukranian language don't have tooltip on inserters

Tooltip in inserters are not translated at all. Proposal :
"Підбирає предмети залежно від свіжості

Працює при умові що предмети витягують з інвентарю"

Thanks for the report. However, from what I can tell this has already been fixed for 2.0.16, currently marked as "experimental".
Temporarily missing translations are an un-fortunate side-effect of the current release process of Factorio.
