Evolution Factor goes up with just a ship in orbit

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended, but I sent a platform to Gleba to carry some supplies that couldn't fit on my primary ship, then got distracted deciding to set up Tesla turret automation on Fulgora instead before starting with Gleba. Now, without ever landing on Gleba, the evo factor is up to almost 0.1

As far as I could tell, the evo factor didn't go up until I sent that initial platform. It seems like I'm going to be punished for sending the supply platform early. Intended or no?

Thanks for the report. The evolution factor starts ticking up as soon as the planet is generated. Sending a platform to the orbit generates the planet surface. I would say it is intended.
