[Genhis][2.0.16] Space Platforms unload on current planet when scheduled to go to another planet that has unload checked

Steps to Reproduce
1. Have space platform at a planet with unload not checked
2. Space platform has cargo current planet is requesting
3. Board rocket to go to space platform
4. Manually schedule space platform to go to another planet with unload checked

Expected Result
Space platform waits for character to board platform then leaves with no difference in cargo

Actual Result
Upon manually scheduling planet with unload checked the platform starts unloading cargo based on requests of current planet

Example savefile:
1. board rocket to NC Roc
2. Use remote view to go to NC Roc
3. Enable Unload for Gleba
4. Manually schedule flight to gleba while character is en route to NC Roc
