[2.0.15] Several recipes cannot be set using the "set recipe" control

I built a cryogenic powerplant/assembler. I connect it to a logic wire. I tick the "set recipe" box. I send a signal "cryogenic plant" of stenght one in it.
Excpected behavior: The craft "crygonenic power plant" is set in the machine.
Observed behavior: no recipe is set (see screenshot)

After that I did some test and realise that the problem is more widespread. It does not depend on the crafting machin and occurs similarly for the foundry and the EMplant. It seems to occur for extension recipe but not all of them. The problem at least occurs for the recipes of:

EM plant, Foundry, Cryo plant, recycler, Big mining drill, artificial biter nest, fusion reactor, ligthning rods, T4 belts

However other extension recipes like the heating tower, elevated rail, stack inserter works without a problem.

You cannot use those recipes on nauvis with set recipe. They are restricted to specific planets and so it won’t set them when not on those planets.
