[2.0.15] Crash traveling in space undoing construction "ChartNavigator.cpp:179: Surface with index 2 does not exist"

I was traveling to nauvis and first deconstructed a bunch of things on my ship. Then i ctrl-z'd them, and suddenly, crash to desktop.
