Bots that are waiting to charge, should check available roboport every 20sec or so

TL;DR

What?

From time to time, there will be a situation where the bots all decide to charge into that one single roboport, 5sec before the rest of the roboports get placed, or worst, the construction bots with the roboports in hand are in the queue to charge.

Then doesn't matter if you fill the entire screen with roboports, they will keep on that one single roboport waiting for charging at super slow motion as all of them run out of power, regardless of literally having multiple roboports available just next to them.

But since they don't "re search" for availability, they just get stuck there for ages. Re doing the queue search for charging every X seconds would fix it.

above one can see exactly the issue, there are two free roboports just next to that one big queue, but they won't charge there as it was placed from a construction bot that was in the queue, so they queued before it existed.

There are way more robots in that queue, then it seems from the picture, they all group together in the same space, so it looks like a small amount, but it is not.

Or instead of adding a re-search every X seconds, just make an event when the roboport is placed in the same network, to re calculate the charging queue for the ones that are in queue already.

The only solution for it now, is to delete the roboport, that will cause all bots in the queue to recalculate their target ropoborts, then just press ctrl + z. That is exactly why it should be automated in the game and not a user input action.

Why?

because they should be smart enough to see that there is a new roboport just below them instead of keeping stuck for like 10minutes.
