[2.0.15] Rocket silo doesn't automatically trash with automatic requests enabled

A rocket silo with "Automatic requests from space platforms" *disabled* was loaded with space platform foundation using a bulk inserter.

The "Automatic requests..." box was then checked. This resulted in the current silo inventory being trashed, but the inserter finishes inserting additional platform foundations which *do not* get trashed.

The automatic request is never able to be met because the rocket was partially filled with an item that was not requested and did not get trashed.

Expected behavior: Either the bulk inserter is not able to insert items, or additional items inserted should be automatically trashed in order to make room for the requests.

I am reliably able to make this bug occur.

The silo is in this bugged state on Nauvis in the save file.
