Space platform logistics unintuitive text

I have a Space platform currently in Nauvis Orbit and it requests Fusion Power Cells from Aquilo. The text on hover shows that "Available on planet" are 26 items. My intuitive though now was that on Aquilo there are 26 items, but instead it shows the amount that is available on Nauvis.

A better solution would be to change the text to "Available on [Planet-Name]", so in my case it would be "Availabe on Nauvis: 26".
