Currently, 99% spoiled yamako mash make 99%/fully spoiled nutrients. But if you let them go to 100%, so they become spoilage, then suddenly they make 50% spoiled nutrients.
I would propose that the conversion to nutrients for yamako mash use 50% of the spoilage of the original item, to avoid this seeming discontinuity.

From 40 mash you will get 60 nutrients. If you let them spoil then you will get only 4 half-spoiled nutrients. So it is positive only for the last 3% of spoiling.
And you can't craft nutrients from jelly.

Thanks. I must have misread one of the ratios. Still, that last 3% irks and shouldn't be.
